Incorporation of Existing Items Any furniture, artwork, or accessories you wish to keep or purchase may be integrated into the design. Digital Design Services — Turnaround & Scheduling Policy All digital design projects are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. A project is officially added to the design queue once payment is received and all required information, assets, and approvals have been submitted. Turnaround time begins only when all project materials are received. Delays in providing information, feedback, or approvals may result in project pauses and rescheduling based on current availability. Design Sessions Most digital design services are completed in structured sessions. Each session typically takes 1.5–3 hours, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Larger or more detailed projects may require multiple sessions to ensure quality and attention to detail. Standard Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times vary based on project scope, workload, and revision needs. While every effort is made to meet timelines, turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless stated in writing. Priority / Rush Service, must call for this service. Clients may choose Priority Service for an additional fee. Priority projects are placed ahead of standard-queue projects, regardless of original booking order. Priority Service includes: Accelerated project start Expedited turnaround Priority placement in the design queue Priority availability is limited and subject to capacity. Priority fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Revisions & Feedback Revisions are included as outlined in your selected service package. Timely feedback helps keep projects on schedule. Delayed responses or additional revision requests may extend turnaround time. Client Agreement By booking digital design services, clients acknowledge and agree to this turnaround, scheduling, and priority policy. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Emergency Exceptions, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, are considered on a case-by-case basis. Same-day cancellations will be treated as "no-shows," where the full service fee is typically non-refundable. Commercial Design Imaging Services: $4 – $12 per square foot Final pricing is determined based on: Size and complexity of the space Level of customization required Number of rooms or functional areas Scope of coordination with vendors and trades A confirmed rate will be provided following the initial consultation.
